Jamie is the owner of SWEAT (former owner of Hyer Expectations Fitness Studio), a certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified MetaFit Instructor and Sun Warrior Distributor. She has been a fitness instructor and an Occupational Therapy Practitioner for over 20 years. Jamie spends her free time volunteering at various animal shelters/sanctuaries and is a proud member of The Fortnightly Club of Catskill raising money for the community. Jamie's greatest accomplishment by far is her daughter Bella who is studying Conservation Biology at SUNY ESF. Jamie believes nutrition is KEY to a healthy & fabulous body so come ask her for some good advice!
Lex is an Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She also has completed a 500 hour Hatha Yoga teacher training and a 300 hour Kripalu Yoga teacher training. Lex is an avid hiker and Reiki Healing Practitioner. Lex has been teaching yoga and group fitness for over twenty years! You may also recognize this lady as one of our very own accomplished and recorded Jazz singer with her band Lex Grey and The Urban Pioneers!
Nicole has worked as a special education teacher at Bethlehem Central School for the past twenty-one years and an exercise instructor for three years. She is a mother of two and is married to an amazing man (who happens to be an over 40 softball all star).
Annie has been a group fitness instructor for the past 29 years in beautiful Catskill, NY! Over the years, she has added to the “old school” aerobic moves to create a fresh and fun class including dance, step, kickboxing, Pilates, strength training and stretch moves. Annie enjoys the bond of fitness that she shares with each of her class members.
Veronica Domingo is a mother of one working full-time as the Assistant Director of Rhinebeck Programs and part-time as the Wellness Center Henna Artist at the Omega Institute in addition to being a Group Exercise Instructor in the Hudson Valley.
Raised on Jazzercise, Gil Jankowitz & Denise Austin since the age of 10, she has always loved dance and working out. Finding Zumba Fitness in 2010 re-ignited this deep love and is now trained to offer classes in Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold, Zumba Kids, and Zumba Kids Jr, Strong by Zumba, PiYo Live, Turbo Kick Live, and Country Heat Live classes.
Currently, she offers weekly classes at Sweat Exercise Studio in Catskill, the YMCA in Coxsackie, and to staff at Omega in Rhinebeck.
