In light of the recent unfortunate incidents in Catskill, Sweat has partnered with some area experts to offer FREE monthly self defense classes for women. Take one hour of your life and who knows, you might end up saving it or helping someone else! Our second FREE self defense class will be held on Monday, November 18th at 6:00 p.m. Sign up is mandatory so either sign up on Mind Body or email Jamie!
