6-week Series FRIDAY EVENING GENTLE YOGA: Work out the Cricks by the Creek! Fridays, June 21 – August 2, 5:30 to 6:45 p.m.

This series will focus on the fundamental postures and actions of yoga. Basic poses are supported with props to increase balance, strength and flexibility, improve cardiovascular and brain health, reduce stress and promote a sense of well-being.

$50.00 per person for 6-week series or $10 per class.
