Sweat Exercise Studio is holding a fundraiser for Skye (currently being cared for at the Columbia Greene Humane Society) on Saturday August 24th from 10 am to 12 pm. Demo classes every 30 min...Butts n Guts, Piyo, Kickboxing and more! 2 continuing education workshops rolled into one booty burning day at the barre! We are combining our FIRE and Fe (iron) trainings into one 5 hour workshop with CEUs available for ACE, AFAA and NASM!

Whoever said that barre isn’t cardio has never taken this class!!

FIRE, a workshop presented by BarreFlow ™ , reviews the basic principles of cardiovascular training, reviews proper alignment and technique at the barre and demonstrates how to increase the intensity of your class using low impact movements that you already know!

Learn how to create complex sequences and teach them in a way that even a beginner can follow along and be successful.

Fe (iron):
Should you add weights to your BarreFlow ™ class? What exercises make sense to include and how do you incorporate them without making the class feel choppy?

Fe (iron), a workshop presented by BarreFlow ™ , reviews the basic principles of resistance training, reviews proper alignment and technique for basic weight training and demonstrates how to incorporate weights into your BarreFlow ™ class in a safe and effective manner.
